Defrag in Vista

Did you not know that people don't care about the progress of their defrags!? :p

Vista has a schedule set for defragging - it was set to 01:00 every Wednesday, so I turned it off :p

I've been using PerfectDisk for ages now set on screensaver defrag - I highly recommend it.

JKDefrag was supposed to be the best out of the free ones, but for some reason it keeps crashing upon starting in Vista64. Very Strange. I now use Power Defragmentator.

Defraggler is an excellent new product from the people who created CCleaner. It's still beta, but works brilliantly - it's also super quick :D XP, Vista (x86 and x86_64) - all fine. Give it a go.

Using Auslogics Defragger here on Vista 64 with no problems. Simple, fast. Helped me locate a pesky CS3 scratchdisk file that didn't delete too.

windows defrag is slow and i never found it that good, although i heard vista has been improved, i use perfect disk have done for a few years now.
