Defrag-Vista?

Hi guys i have had my system for about a month now and i think it needs a defrag! The only thing is i cant seem to locate "Disc Cleanup" which i used to run first/after the defrag on XP! Also i cant seem to see any options that let me "Analyse HD" just to make sure i do need a defrag?

Right click on the drive you want, then click properties for "Disk Cleanup"

Defragmeant analyses you HD too.

Go into Windows Explorer, right click on the drive you want to defrag, select properties, then go to the tools tab and it's there. It can also be found under Star>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter. However, there is no analyse mode in this version of Degfrag. You would have to use something like PerfectDisk for that.

Vista defrags automatically every few hours.
