Anyone know why I have to defrag my system every day ?

I dont put anything new on the drive after I defrag it then later in the day I analyze the drive with diskeeper and the red/blue is pretty much 50/50 ? WTF.

This is also after a restart as well I usually restart the computer when I wake up and before I goto bed so it runs nice through the night and through the day.

It says "Warning" after the analysis which results in minimum 2 defrags a day

sorry.
