Defragmentation of C Drive Problem ! ?

Hi Guys,
has any one had a problem with XP pro not completly defraginf the C drive ?

Listed below is the error message I get when try to defrag the c drive, as it only gets to about 3% then stops !

I have disabled the screen saver as per normal before I start the defrag.

I have also included the defrag report after the 3% defrag has completed

Does any one have any ideas what is causing this ! ?

you must run defrag in safe mode. (press F8 on boot)

The defrag can't rearrange system files when in use.

The Windows defragger is pants anyway, you're better off getting a third party defragmenter like O&O Defrag or Perfect Disk.

those other defrag soft ware.
Are they freebie downloads or purchase software.
Where can i get them please.
