Defragmenter

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a Defragmenter that DOES NOT!!!! have any background process' running.

I need a program that i can just open and close and not have anything running.

THIS EXCLUDES DISKEEPER BECAUSE OF THIS SO DON'T SUGGEST IT

Has the new perfect disk been released? does it have background process'?

I too would appreciate knowing about any decent defraggers that don't utilise any services.

I think v8 of PerfectDisk is released on the 12th of September. Someone posted that date in the thread Gibbo started about what software packages we wanted to see OcUK sell.

Well if you don't run it more than once a week then set the service to manual and delete the start-up entry.
