Deionized Water

Hi bud, hows the build coming, have you any Silver Coil handy, keeps the lurgy[algae] at bay. ;)

Yeah I havethat silver pulse kill coil arriving on Tuesday as well :) the rad looks fantastic, and fits perfectly in the top of the case, and I just managed to fit the fans in push pull with the top 200mm fans, I'll post the pics in my log on Tuesday :)

de-ionised water you can get from halfords, for around £2-3

It could also be classed as battery top up water.

yup, i bought 6 litres, depending on how big your loop is you'll need 1-2 to fill it mine only need 1, but you'll need more to flush blocks rads etc etc ;)

I've always used water from a duhumidifier I have. I figure the water it collects it taken out the air so will be distilled to an extent - although notably not completely 'clean', boiling after might help. Then I run it through a filter before using it. Never had any growing nasties issues or any noted wear on blocks.

Chemists will normally sell "purified water" which is often reverse osmosis water, i use this with a kill coil and have had no problems and my water is crystal clear after a year. Halfords do de-ionised as battery top up. Juts get what is easy to source loacally. May i ask why you use corrosion blocker in your loop?
