Delay Startup Programme

Hi,

Not sure if this is possible in Windows 7 so can anyone recommend a programme to delay several programmes from starting on startup say 30 seconds.

Could also use a batchfile reusing the choice command with a timer (a little inelegant) or a custom on logon entry in task scheduler (a little complex).
