Delayed Deliveries ?

Last 2 orders including one I placed today are stuck in the warehouse even though there's a plentiful amount of stock and I opted for next day delivery, On the status it says "Printed in our warehouse".

The last person I spoke to said they had no idea why it was delayed and should have been sent out and it seems to be happening again.

Anyone by chance experiencing delayed deliveries lately if so what's going on ?
 
Ordered £500 worth of stuff on Sunday, I won't be getting it till Friday, should have had it Tuesday. Spoke with someone at 1400 today who said it was due to an item being out of stock... which is still showing as in stock on their website:

By 1400, I had told the chaps that I needed it for Thursday so cancel the cables but its still saying my order is "Order Status: In our warehouse queue". Hopefully tomorrow, if not, might consider the rain forest for my "most defiantly need tomorrow" items.

EDIT: Yup, won't be here till Friday.

Hello.

I can confirm that the reason why orders are being delayed is that we currently have a fairly large backlog in our warehouse.

The problem with our cable bundles is that if we have stock of a cable but we do not of another our system ignores the out of stock cable and shows the stock level of the cable in stock, It is a bug our tech team are working on.

Lol..consider yourself lucky, I've been waiting for 2mths for them to get some of the black & red braided Bit Fenix cables back in stock.
 
I did post a comment in the CS forum to say they really could do with a system to let you know that orders placed with next day delivery should have a facility to let you know that your order won't actually arrive next day even if it's showing in stock.

I thought it was just me acting like a big kid waiting for his Crimbo prezzie :)
 
I made a post in CS as well, so has anyone received the delivery today or is due to before 7pm?

Edit:

If I knew there will be such a big delay, I would off ordered from somewhere else... My friend orders his monitor off the competitor and got it the next day in the morning. He ordered it at the same time as I did, ehh....

I think everyones rammed after Black Friday. I'm still waiting for an ssd to turn up from somewhere else.

Nope, scanning deliveries are on time, the rainforest was on time as well. The buyer from what my tutor said it was next day as well, so it depends how well the company manages and prepares for it? :eek:
 
Mine's from the rainforest, should have been here today. First time ever I have had a late delivery from them.
 
Had item delayed from a order I did a week ago. Turned up today, can't complain when I didn't pay for Saturday delivery :)

Amazon and Tesco deliveries are taking longer than usual though.
