Yes having the same problem, My 2 Video cards did not get a work unit for 6 hours last night cause of this.
HijackThe problem I was getting I thought was due to my WG311 PCI WiFi adapter. Had no previous problems with the 3.1 drivers but both Server 2008 x64 and Vista SP1 x64 keep BSODing with this error: 0x0000007F tcpip.sys
Changed the drivers to 3.0, BSOD. 2.0, BSOD. Stock Windows driver, BSOD. Windows update driver, BSOD. Also tried every network driver for my onboard LAN on my GA-P35-DS4 I could find and it's decided to BSOD on each one
