Mine works - unless the cursor is before the first character, bizarrely.
i.e if I tried it on this post, it wouldn't work if it was before that first capital M, but if I nudged the cursor to in front of the i, it would work.
Strange.
I always use an external keyboard with mine though, unless I'm actually taking it somewhere.
Like to the toilet.
