delete WINDOWS File

i have an old WINDOWS file, on a partition off the HDD, AND some storage.

if i format, i lose my storage, but i just wanna delete the WINDOWS folder.

i am on Vista.

and have taken the ownership, but it keeps on telling me i cant get the ownership for certain files.

is there a proggy that will jsut delete, no questiosn asked.

i have tried unlocker.

problem is that i dont have another HDD or enough space in the other partition for all my storage.

but i got a result. i went into safe mode and took ownership. and deleted

yeah, thats what i didnt do before. i did it in safe mod and it worked.
