Having dropped my old 780ti down the stairs and found it still working (after I’d put its fans / shroud back together!) I really wouldn’t worry too much!
 
Will be fine. If it sounds and runs normally I wouldn’t worry in the slightest. If it took a fan blade off however, it could be a different story.
 
A lot of fans/fan controllers will detect a fan stop and temporarily stop them to prevent further damage.
