Having dropped my old 780ti down the stairs and found it still working (after I’d put its fans / shroud back together!) I really wouldn’t worry too much!
That's metal and has a turbo fan. I have a 2070 super, probably not as durable.

Nah, it was very plastic, very broken but fixed with lots of super glue and cursing.

Will be fine. If it sounds and runs normally I wouldn’t worry in the slightest. If it took a fan blade off however, it could be a different story.

A lot of fans/fan controllers will detect a fan stop and temporarily stop them to prevent further damage.
