Deleted files when using system restore, W8.1.

I have deleted some files from the recycle bin.

If I use system restore and set it to a previous date will the recycle bin have the files I have deleted or are they gone unless I use some data recovery software.

I doubt it. System restore caters for system-based files rather than personal ones. File History on the other hand would be helpful provided you've had it running.
