Deleted Recycle Bin- Vista Ultimate

Hi,
I've somehow managed to delete my recycle bin in windows vista ultimate, it was on my desktop and i clicked empty recycle bin and it's now dissapeared.
the bin still works because when i delete a file it asks if i want to send it to the bin, but i can't find the bin.
anyone know how i can get the recycle bin back?

Can you re-add it by Right-click on the desktop -> Personalise and then via Change Desktop Icons in the top left of the dialogue ?

First right click the desktop, then click Personalize, select: 'Change desktop icons'
and at the Desktop Icon Settings, place a tick next to: 'Recycle Bin'.
