Deleted something from network share - easy way to get it back ?

Hi,

stupidly deleted the new C&c 1.2gb demo from my network share

Apart from downloading it again is there a quick and easy way to get it back ??

grrr ok is there an easy way to not make the same mistake twice.... suppose i could install undelete but think that's a bit OTT really esp with the file space etc.

Your screwed unless you have the shadow copy service running or you run Netware.
