I'd suggest something like this:

SSD will make your system feel much snappier and you can always an SSD for a few pounds if you need more storage.
Better cheaper RAM.
Better graphics card.
The motherboard is also very slightly cheaper and it's Gigabyte so UK RMA which is always a plus.
BUT a worse CPU, I'm not sure how CPU intensive Arma is but once the Pentium is overclocked it'll be great in any games that don't require more than 2 cores. This spec also enables you to upgrade to an i5 or i7 later on if you so wish.
