Are you intending to put your computer somewhere where the coolant might freeze? Does your house/apartment get so cold that a cup of tea would freeze over time??
 
Not really - there are people that run red spec auto coolant in their systems and are happy with it. I just don't think it's necessary to add anything to the water you have in your system now, unless you are expecting your house/flat to freeze over, rendering all the pipes in it bust from the water freezing in them.
