Banking apps tends to rely on the SafetyNet API and due to how strict Google's been with it I doubt any emulator will properly pass this. I don't think W11 will work with this as well since it also relies on Google Mobile Services.

Which bank is it?

can google even tell the difference between an emulator on pc and a phone?

you can change the emulator settings so google thinks your running on whatever phone model you want.

I think there was a better one than blustacks though

don't all bank apps basically have the exact same functionality and layout as the site?

the only thing annoying about online banking with a web browser is the stupid security codes, you don't seem to need a text message or whatever to log in with an app

You can spoof the phone model but it still won't pass SafetyNet. If the emulator allows root and magisk then I suppose you can try see if MagiskHide with the Universal SafetyNet Fix module works.
