None of the 1333mhz chips are listed on the CPU Support List.
The best you could probably hope for is that you can manually set the fsb, tho whether the board can physically do 1333mhz could be a problem.
You could try it, but i would return it unopened for a 1066mhz or 800mhz chip.

If you're not overclocking (I don't know if the board can) then the E4500 is faster at stock, but with 2mb less cache. If you are intending to and are able to overclock then the E4500's lower stock FSB would be a great advantage.
