Changed your rates and max updaterate etc ? and make sure mouse smoothing is off

I know it's an obvious sugestion, but have yoou installed the latest drivers for your graphics card. Seems strange it would only be a problem with the source engine.

rate 20000 or 25000 or 30000
cl_updaterate 66 or 100
cl_cmdrate 66 or 100
