yes it is a lil over £300 but it would be more of an upgrade

or the intel you should be able to get that CPU to a good 3.5Ghz!

mobo on intel spec is waaay too expensive, considering it won't make a big difference.
+1 for the tri core amd, well worth the extra £12.
