Work out how many hours it will take you to complete the work. Then add 30% on top of that for testing/contingency. Then multiply your final number by your hourly rate = £Quote.

If I took that project personally, I'd be looking for high 4 figures/low 5s.

It sounds like you have already agreed the deliverables and 300 hours work. As you seem to be taking on all the risk you can afford to be a bit demanding with the cost. If you are in London, shoot for £30ph - perhaps £25 if you are outside London.
