wherever possible try and run the memory at 1:1......it will pick up the FSB from the cpu...
so if the cpu fsb at stock was at 200.....and the ram was set to 1:1 the ram would be running at 200mhz per stick....
now for example lets say you overclock that cpu and its stable at 270fsb then .......assuming the RAM is stable at 1:1 .........the ram would now be running at 270mhz per stick

its always best if possible to run your RAM at 1:1 if your overclock will not allow that then try and get as close to 1:1 as possible.......for example 9/10 etc etc
