They're basically the same card iirc, but the 3650 has been die-shrunk so it should run cooler and use less power.

the 2600xt is faster, i have one and my friend has the 3650
the 3650 runs a load of poop, and on mainstream settings on crysis warhead it reaches around 12 fps on 1440x900, whereas my 2600xt runs crysis warhead at gamer settings with around 20 odd fps on 1440 x 900
Make your mind up for yourself though
