too close for comfort i would have thought, different case but the 300w power supply in the sg05/6 would be a better bet especially if you are going to add a discrete gpu at a later date

A quick internet search for psu calculator with you cpu put in the calculation indicates that 145w is the minimum recommened for a similiar setup
