The bottom one will play games much better than the Intel spec.

For AMD APU's you want to feed it faster RAM such as 2133Mhz as the onboard gfx uses the system RAM like a gfx card uses its fast RAM.
 
Getting 2133+ memory is essential, but that mobo doesn't list it as compatible.

Any will do as the timings make much less of a difference than bandwidth - focus on cheap memory that fits the physical space.

That Team LV RAM is epic (fast speeds and low timings) that's if the IMC of the APU can handle it, if not, set it up for 2133Mhz
 
It will run 2133Mhz.

Take the UP4 for example - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4343#sp

Again it says 2400(OC) and skips 2133MHz.

Yet I can and have run RAM at 2133Mhz on it via XMP profile (the board will read the data stored on the RAM and set up everything for you if you select this option in the BIOS).

No idea on temps off the top of my head as I ran a aftermarket heastink.
