Mine are so packed full that you wouldn't really be able to see what's in them anyway

I'd say this is in a middling state. It's been worse. This is purely my desk so tech stuff really. Kitchen has one, then there's the bedroom one with the illicit contents and fun stuff. But still just a drawer of tat! :P

Isn't every drawer not filled with either clothes or cutlery an 'odds and ends' drawer? I suppose I have a few more organised ones - like one with stationary and one with tools, but the rest are rather chaotic and only loosely themed :P

I don't have an odds and ends drawer - I stuck a Linbin style louvre panel on the back of a cupboard door and a bunch of storage bins and sort odds and ends into that.

All of these drawers contain multiple useful items, ergo they are not proper Odds & Sods Drawer.

No keys to houses you no longer live in or long-lost padlocks. No small denomination notes in currencies that don’t exist anymore (bonus points if the issuing countries no longer exists). No used spark plugs from lawnmowers that were scrapped decades ago.

My old London OSD was a joy to behold, alas no photographic record of it exists.

My dad keeps some utter junk.

I forget why, but one time I was there, he was digging around in some storage cupboards and pulled out some old vacuum cleaner fittings. They were for a vacuum disposed of some years earlier. I laughed at him about this... and then he went and put them back! "wtf are you ever going to use that for, just throw them away?!". He just shrugged.
