Windows Key + L is the hotkey for that, maybe try rebinding it to see if you're pressing it by mistake (or if you have a disable windows key control on your keyboard).
Can't say I've ever heard of that happening.
The only other thing to check is whether you have an aggressive auto lock timer, that or dynamic lock. There are options for this in power settings and Screen saver settings.
