Clamav can do virus scanning, but there are other (possibly better) options.

Setup includes: Shorewall Squid Squidguard Snort Portsentry Dansguardian (for schools etc) Webmin logwatch P3scan (e-mail proxy with virus spam scanner support) Clamav Spamassasin. SSH All are in the repositories and install through Synaptic Dunc
