Is the PSU going to have enough juice for your system, i try for upwards of 450watts and that with an Athlon 64 3500+ PCI-E system. What are all your other components

400W is plenty for most systems. I'm running 430W on both mine ( Tagan ones ) without problems and as you can see mine aren't exactly low spec machines.

Ran a similar system on a cheapo 500w, so a good quality 400w is plenty
