I doubt you could justify selling your account, although it would be better to say sell Half Life 2 and transfer the account along with it inclusive.

I think selling it is against the EULA, but there's nothing to actually stop you doing it.

But the person who buys it might be in for a shock if they try to upgrade the account in any way, cause from memory, Steam only lets you use one creditcard per account. (Could be wrong, but i can remember reading it somewhere)
