They are pretty low specs for dedicated servers, the market these days is more Xeon, Opteron or other high end chip oriented or higher clocked celerons. You dont really see athlons in non 64bit form anywhere thesedays (not even in desktops!)

dual xeon rigs are cheap as chips to build nower days, but by the sounds of it you wont need dual cpu so a single xeon server should be even cheaper. it would also offer you far greater performance than the chips mentioned above.
