As far as I remember,yes you do get a month free but in order to receive your free month you have to pay for a months play in advance.Bit of a con really but there you go

I don't think I had to pay until that month expired.

You sign up giving your payment details and you won't get charged to play until 30 days after you signed up.

In your opinion of course, if you don't like it and didn't want to be helpfull you shouldn't have posted.

Also to the OP you get a free month on every new copy, you just enter your credit card details etc and they just don't charge you until the free month is up.

also the account details on the website is quite good so you'll beable to keep track of how much time you have left etc.

Mmm...its so strangely read me I've been playing on and off for a year.
Take a short break every few months and its great.

Part of the fun over it is the communities. Find a good/friendly guild and you can have so much fun!
