Do you get any sort of response when you press the power button? If no lights turn on or fans start to spin then there is a good chance that it is the PSU, if you get lights and/or fans starting but nothing else it is probably more likely to be the motherboard. The only way to be sure though is by swapping parts around I'm afraid.
