How long ago did you change the nameservers? They do take 24-48 hours to fully propogate through the systems.

Check dnsstuff.com to make sure the name servers are right etc

Or a really crude way is to add the ip of the server into your page footer of both versions of the site, so you know which server you are viewing, I have had to resort to that before lol.
