Im easy on what I eat, I mean before I'd eat pizza and what not because it's something to eat and quick and not something that you have to think about, any old crap.

Now I eat all healthy (maybe an odd ocassion like once every two weeks) But you get used to it.

Personally I don't eat what most of the people here do. Mainly because even though I want to gain mass I don't want to gain weight at the same time, im trying to lose any fat. So I don't eat the same amounts. I find that porridge for breakfast (can get fruit flavored ones) or weetabix. Sanwich for lunch, two slices of wholemeal bread with some pork slices or chicken and some salad on it. With a banana/apple and a low fat yogurt. For dinner baked potato with a healthy pasta filler and chicken/fish/turkey (meat is very good for you). And a slice of wholemeal bread.

A lot of people here take supplements, but im not an expert but I've been learning from the experts here and reading up etc. If you have the time and are willing to eat good food you don't really need to have supplements. I eat a lot of quality steak or chicken, lots of protien. But a lot of people might not be able to afford it or work a lot.

Depends on your goals really. If your wanting mass then gordyr or styles or chonga would def be able to give out a appropriate diet for that. I just go my own way on diet for now.
