Just wondering how you guys manage to keep a workout log, recording each days lifts etc?

I've got a little book that I keep, but writing each days lifts in it, with each weight and rep is a little annoying, so im looking for better suggestions on how to manage it?

I just use the advanced sheets in the gym. I find it easiest to, if I can explain it.

85KG | 3 Sets
-------------
10 / 8 / 7

Like that on the top left hand side I'd write in the weight I'd do for that exercises, on the right hand side I'd write the number of sets I'd do. On the bottom I'd write how many reps I got in each set, for example 10/8/7 etc.

its all in my head. mostly because i have good days and bad days, i know what i lifted last time, i know what i aim to lift this time, but i know that i might be a bit tired so wont be able to lift the target etc etc.

Same here. I can remember what I lifted the previous week in my head soo

I like to write down what I have lifted so that I can set myself a target of equalling that or bettering it within a week or two. I find it a lot easier to keep track of things that way too because I use the book to record my cardio sessions and any fluctuations in my personal weight.
