I tried quite a few solutions for this a while ago to sync my missus email across main PC and laptop. Mine is fine as its exchange.
I tried a couple of free solutions which were just general sync utils and tried syncing the .pst, I didnt have very good results with that.
I used to use a bit of software called http://www.beinsync.com , it worked quite well and had email sync funtionalty at the time. it was free but then they started charging for it so I got rid as I use Windos Live Sync for everything except her email and it works great.
