4 Fans, 2 in the front, One in the rear and one in the top. 3 are replaceable and the top 200mm fan you'll struggle to find a replacement for, But its silent anyway.

Can't recommend a replacement though.

My antec 900 is silent, with 6 fans in it. 3 in the front, 1 in the side, 1 in the back and 1 in the top - just by using a fan controller with the stock antec fans.
