Another option is to get a single slot 5770, so if your ITX build and case have two expansion slots, then you should be able to add in a PCI TV card :)
 
how about one of those gpus that dosnt have a fan,,just the heatsink....
i forgot the name/term for things that use this(no fan just heatsink)

Thing is, I doubt any passively cooled cards would be able to play BC3 or D3 :p

Quite cool, fairly quiet, but not living room quiet, in my opinion. Still you are not likely to hear it over games and the general mayhem. For the budget though, you may have to step down to the 768MB version or wait until the Radeon line-up refresh.
