Right click on the torrent then advanced the set download location

Move 'em and just point your client at the new folders, just dont rename anything.

If you move the downloaded file and the torrent file to where you want, open the torrent file, select the folder you have just moved the files to and ut will do a check. It will see that the downloaded file is 100% done and will continue to upload.

ive done this before.
i changed the download folder location in utorrent.
then i had to find the torrent again on net and click on download.

it doesn't actually download the whole file but it "verifys" the file, then sharing is open again

edit. i always delete the little torrent file, guess i shouldn't.
also basically same as above post
