Plenty of threads already, and yes you can solo a lot and there is a lot of pvp things to do

yah you can, in the pvp zones (pretty much everywhere but starter area) on the pvp servers you can just be killing mobs for quests and then some guy will come out of no where and kill you... happened to me in beta

but i killed him mwaha

Because not everyone enjoys being repeatedly ganked, hence the two server choices for those who do and those who don't.

I don't see how it's a problem? A PvP server gives you (and me) the play style we want, and a PvE server gives others what they want.

So I can avoid people like you with far too much time on their hands and casually play the game

.I get the idea of a persistent PvP world where you have to be constantly on your guard but this mechanic only favours those who are able to sink the most time into it to get the best gear.
