Macrium Reflect

DiscWizard / MaxBlast - both of these require either a Seagate or Maxtor HDD to be installed in your system (thought not necessary boot drive) to be able to use...

Acronis True Image WD Edition , likewise this also requires a WD HDD to be installed in your system (thought not necessary boot drive) to be able to use...

DiscWizard, MaxBlast & Acronis True Image WD Edition are all basically Acronis True Image Home with a couple of minor features disabled...

A boot CD can be made by all the above...

In what way is Robocopy a faff? Simplest thing to use in the world. :/

If you need a GUI, freefilesync is usually highly recommended. For OS imaging, Macrium Reflect or Acronis True Image.
