linux trash files are in a folder called .Trash (you deleted using linux, it won't use the windows recycle bin)

notice the dot, all files and folders named .something are hidden

make sure the drive is mounted, choose 'show hidden files' from the 'view' menu of Nautilus and you should find the .Trash folder for the drive in its' root directory. Browse that folder for the deleted files.

If it was over the network it won't be in a recycle bin, you'll need to use file recovery tools.. RStudio is a good one..

Thats only Demo software though isnt it?

Ive had great success with http://www.piriform.com/recuva... and its free... again, running from your Windows PC.

Can buy it from that site, I've used many different ones and found that to work the best - and it cost less than the data was worth that I was recovering too.
