Thanks. So how would my mail be administered if i went with say office 365, to say using my online CPanel etc? Not sure how MS exchange online works etc.

What sort of ticketing system do you want and how do you want it to integrate?

What sort of email administration do you want to do? Office 365 is good and you can use command shell to administer it (almost like having exhchange server but more limited).
