I use Virtual Clone Drive, have done for years. Using it right now in Windows 8 64 bit too.

Windows 8 has inbuilt support for ISO files, right click and mount them.

yep. but I wish it fully supported bluray's ISO files. it opens bluray's ISO files fine but it can't play them

Don't bother with daemon tools. They can't even write their own driver.
