Probably that roger the cabinboy and seaman stains characters that afaik was some type of error and weren't characters in the show.

Master Bates too, though likewise I've never been sure that these were real releases.

Spongebob Squarepants and Fairy Odd Parents are good for these.

Libel case regarding double entendres
There is a persistent urban legend, repeated by the now-defunct UK newspaper the Sunday Correspondent, which ascribes sexually suggestive names – such as Master Bates, Seaman Staines, and Roger the Cabin Boy (meaning to have sex with) – to Captain Pugwash 's characters, and indicating that the captain's name was a slang Australian term for oral sex. John Ryan successfully sued both the Sunday Correspondent and The Guardian newspapers in 1991 for printing this legend as fact.

LOL pugwash meaning oral sex. :D

A while ago some colleagues and myself were reminiscing about childrens TV and the subject of Captain Pugwash came up. Of course the risque names of characters came up and they wouldn't have it that none of it was true. Funny how people can be made to 'remember' things they've never seen or heard.
(Luckily it's an MoD base and a RN person happened to be walking by so I took a chance that he'd be an authority on Captain Pugwash... and he backed me up, reciting the real names of most of the characters)
