I do, you start by building the PC yourself and praying to god that it will even boot up!
You then install your operating system, all the device drivers and interesting software from the supplied CD-Rom and run your system for a few weeks and get a feel for it. While it's running at stock you can spend a few hours reading over the basics of overclocking here @ OcUk forums, more than likely a number of people using similar hardware to yourself so read their posts and join in . . .
After your sure everything is running lovely and none of the hardware is faulty you can begin overclocking in small steps!
It's all very easy really, the problem is people generally rush things and try to do too much at once, get frustrated and then come to the forums to vent on each other!
All you really need to do is take your time and be patient, it's not rocket science!

My thoughts are you will get a better system if you hand pick the components and build/overclock the machine yourself . . .
OcUK are a great bunch of fellas with a lot of heart but they are a business first and your friend second, they will never be able to compete with us forum denizens in terms of component selection as their first consideration is to sell you items which net them a reasonable profit . . .
We on the other hand give pretty impartial advice as our first consideration is you, ethically clean with no financial incentive . . .
Fast machine, exactly to your specifications with money left in your pocket for your other interests!

the bundle has got the motherboard and CPU that i orginally wanted and the watercooling and RAM sounded pretty good so i figured it would be money well spent
