Try doing a memory diagnostics in Windows, or do a Memtest and see if there's anything wrong with the RAM.

Also, what O/S are you on? Have you tried checking for all of the latest drivers? Does the problem occur in safe mode?

EDIT: Just found somebody with the same problem, looks like it could be down to faulty drives, or a faulty NIC:
