So I just got my hands on this card today (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-065-HS&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1673) Now I've noticed while playing Sleeping Dogs, that my FPS is only around 26-30. Settings are maxed out but I am only playing on 1680x1050 and there is no frame limiter enabled. I can also see by using afterburner that while the GPU is working at 100%, the core clock sticks at 500Mhz, is this normal? I've installed the 12.11 beta drivers and the iTurbo program and well the card should be running at 934Mhz according to these. While running Heaven Benchmark I also found the core clock to be extremely jumpy, going from 500-800+ and back again in a split second.
Also, when I installed the card, there was no display from it whatsoever, looking up this on my laptop I found that by switching the little BIOS switch over it should work. I'm not so sure it's supposed to do that either..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a driver issue. Your clocks shouldn't be at 500 core while gaming. That's the idle clock for dual screen setups on that card. Are you running any 3rd party software (afterburner etc)?
